Post-it Digital Whiteboard

Overview

Post-it App allows user to instantly capture and share notes with the team without recaps or delays. This tool is expending to a new platform as a digital collaboration whiteboard for new remote workers. Our goal is to produce actionable insights for feature ideation (features for 2022 release)

Process

Competitor Analysis

We started this project with a direct competitor offering similar tools. Help the team and stakeholders to understand the market landscape and positioning of our current tools.

User Interviews

We recruited and conducted 12 qualitative interviews with remote workers to gather their insights on current pain points focusing on their general attitudes and behaviors , tools for collaboration and collaborative processes.

User Flows (Blurred)

Based on the research, we mapped out the collaboration journey and defined user stories and user flows.

Wire-framing

I collaborated with UX design team to work on different wireframes designs for new features.

Usability Testing

I took the new features prototype and lead usability testing sessions to help validate design directions and user flows.

Project Outcome

Informed development for next features launching. 6 provisional patents filed.
